CPS Private Staffing is seeking a highly experienced and grounded Private Case Manager to support a UHNW Principal within a structured private environment.
This is a contractor position operating within a 3-person rota (approximately 10 days on / 2 weeks off), requiring flexibility to travel between European and international residences.
Role Overview
Providing dedicated, day-to-day support and companionship to the Principal
Maintaining a calm, structured and reassuring environment
Supporting routines, engagement and overall wellbeing
Taking a hands-on approach to daily tasks as required
Accompanying the Principal during travel
Working closely and collaboratively within an established rota team
Acting as a consistent, steady presence within the Principal’s daily life
Upholding discretion, professionalism and continuity at all times
Candidate Profile
Native English speaker
Extensive experience within private households or UHNW environments
Calm, composed and emotionally resilient
Hands-on, proactive and adaptable in approach
A strong team player, able to integrate seamlessly
Dynamic, observant and responsive to changing needs
Selfless in nature, with a genuine interest in the role and the individual
Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
Confident international driver
Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel
Female candidates preferred for this position
Additional Information
Rotational structure: approx. 10 days on / 2 weeks off
Travel across Switzerland, Mediterranean locations and internationally
Working within a highly private, high-profile environment
