CPS Private Staffing was born from the vision of Charlotte Philip-Smith, whose career has been shaped by years of working closely with UHNW families and private principals across London, Europe, the UAE and India. Her experience spans luxury property, yachts, wellness, private members clubs and lifestyle management giving her an in-depth understanding of how UHNW households truly function, along with their lifestyle.

Charlotte’s work has taken her inside some of the world’s most refined private estates, superyachts and residences. She has observed first-hand the expectations, nuances and cultural sensitivities that define private service at the highest level. This deep familiarity is what allows clients to trust her instinctively; she understands not only the roles, but the people, behaviours and values that make a household run seamlessly.

Her approach is rooted in discretion, integrity and a genuine respect for both clients and candidates. Every introduction is considered, intentional and curated with the same discipline and care expected in a family office environment.
