Job Description
CPS Private Staffing is supporting an UHNW private family in Tuscany, Italy with the appointment of an experienced and highly collaborative Domestic Couple for a private luxury estate.
This is a discreet, long-term role within a professionally run private household that is entering a new phase as a high-end, exclusive luxury rental property. The successful couple will support both the private family and the operational standards of a luxury villa environment, where trust, discretion and teamwork are essential.
Prior experience within private households, luxury villas or boutique hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Driver/Maintenance:
Chauffeur duties and full management of vehicles, including cleaning, servicing coordination, seasonal checks and fuel control
General property maintenance and hands-on handyman duties (minor repairs, troubleshooting, basic DIY and small household fixes)
Coordination of specialist external suppliers when required
Daily upkeep of outdoor areas including terraces, walkways and pool surroundings (main gardens maintained by external teams)
Pool cleaning and maintenance, ensuring safe operation and water quality standards
Regular checks of technical systems and reporting of any faults
Security support and response to alarms or emergency calls
Coordination of contractors and works in collaboration with the Estate Manager
Family-style food and beverage service when required
Housekeeper/Laundry
Full responsibility for laundry operations including fabric care, stain removal, delicates and correct machine use
Fast, organised and high-standard laundry workflow
Professional ironing and wardrobe organisation
High-quality housekeeping support alongside the existing housekeeping team
Table set-up and family-style food and beverage service
Occasional light cooking or meal preparation when requested (main chef is on site)

Proven experience within private households, luxury villas or boutique hospitality environments
Highly discreet, trustworthy and professional in conduct
Tagalog Speaking or Russian Speaking preferred

Flexible and adaptable to seasonal changes and varying workload
Strong service mindset and consistently high standards
Professional presentation and strong work ethic
EU work permit or eligibility to work in Italy
