Our existing client, an UHNW family based in Dubai are seeking an exceptional, experienced Norland Nanny to support the care, development and academic progression of their two young boys, aged 6 and 7 years old.

This is a long-term, live-in position suited to an engaging, polished and educationally focused nanny who is confident supporting children attending a leading international English curriculum school in Dubai.

The role involves year-round support in Dubai alongside regular summer travel throughout Europe and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional day-to-day care and supervision for two boys aged 6 and 7

• Supporting academic development aligned with a top-tier English curriculum international school

• Assisting with homework, reading, organisation and educational routines

• Creating a structured, nurturing and stimulating environment

• Encouraging excellent manners, confidence, discipline and positive behaviour

• Planning engaging educational and developmental activities

• Managing school schedules, extracurricular activities and routines

• Packing and organising for frequent international travel

• Accompanying the family during summer holidays and European travel periods

• Liaising closely with parents and maintaining a highly discreet, professional approach

Candidate Requirements

• Norland qualification preferred, or similar elite childcare background

• European candidates preferred for travel purposes

• Additional languages alongside English such as French or Russian would be advantages

• Previous experience within UHNW or private household settings essential

• Strong educational support experience required

• Fluent English speaker

• Kind, calm and emotionally intuitive

• Flexible to travel extensively with the family

• Long-term mindset and commitment to the role
