On behalf of our client, a distinguished HNW family based in Dubai, CPS Private Staffing is inviting applications for a highly experienced and engaging Governess/Nanny to have shared care of 3 children, between the ages of 4-11, working alongside 2 other nannies - This is a long-term, full-time, live-in position requiring flexibility to travel regularly with the family to the UK and various locations in Europe. You will work alongside another nanny with household support.
The successful candidate will join a fully staffed household and will work collaboratively with another experienced nanny who supports the care of all four children, the children can be quiet full on so the suitable candidate should be firm yet caring and nurturing.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Extensive UHNW household experience, ideally within fully staffed residences.
A structured yet nurturing approach to childcare, balancing discipline with warmth.
The ability to guide and manage routines, homework, and occasional challenging behaviours with calm authority and patience.
Someone who is kind, down to earth, loves working with children but also professional as the family are high-profile
Fluency in Russian and English is important
This role requires a professional who can foster a stimulating environment, encourage independence and adapt to the needs of each child at their respective developmental stages. The role will entail working with one other nanny within a fully staffed household (housekeepers, butlers, chef, drivers)
Package & Benefits:
Salary: €3500 (net) per month / 15,000 AED Per Month
