The Role

CPS Private Staffing is seeking an exceptional, warm and engaging Nanny to join a high-profile private family who have recently relocated from the UK to Dubai.

The position will focus on the care of their bright, curious and energetic 4-year-old child, providing loving and attentive sole-charge care while creating stimulating, varied and enjoyable days.

This is not a formal Governess position. The family is looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and can encourage learning and development naturally through play, conversation, creativity, reading, activities and outings.

Personality and connection with the child will be extremely important. The ideal candidate will be warm, intelligent, emotionally intuitive and energetic, with the ability to create a happy and nurturing environment while providing appropriate routine, structure and boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and loving sole-charge care for the family's 4-year-old daughter
Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities, both at home and outside
Encourage development naturally through play, reading, conversation and creativity
Organise outings, classes, playdates and activities
Support early learning, curiosity, confidence and independence
Encourage excellent manners, communication and positive behaviour
Maintain appropriate daily routines and structure
Prepare and organise the child's belongings and requirements for activities and outings
Liaise closely with the parents and maintain clear communication regarding the child's routine and development
Create a safe, positive and stimulating environment
Accompany the family on occasional travel where required

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong professional experience caring for children aged approximately 3–6 years
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
A warm, energetic and naturally engaging personality
High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for children's development
Confidence providing sole-charge care
A creative approach to activities, play and everyday learning
Early Years qualifications such as Norland, CACHE, NNEB or Montessori would be highly desirable
Previous experience within an HNW/UHNW private household advantageous
Current Paediatric First Aid certification preferred
Excellent, verifiable references
Flexibility to travel occasionally with the family
A genuine interest in securing a long-term position

Salary

AED 15,000–20,000+ per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.

The family is prioritising calibre, personality and long-term fit over a fixed salary and is therefore happy to consider exceptional candidates above the advertised range.
