About the Role
CPS Private Staffing is seeking an experienced Live-in Housekeeper / Household Assistant on behalf of a warm and welcoming UHNW family based in Qatar.
This is a long-term position suited to a proactive, organised and professional individual who takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautifully presented home. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional housekeeping standards whilst providing additional household support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the family home.
The family is looking for someone who enjoys working within a private household environment, has a positive attitude and is committed to becoming a valued and trusted member of the household.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards throughout the entire residence.
Daily cleaning, detailing and presentation of all living areas.
Laundry, ironing and garment care to a high standard.
Wardrobe organisation, packing/unpacking suitcases when travelling
Ensure cupboards, storage areas and household inventories remain organised.
Prepare children's breakfast and school lunch boxes daily.
Assist with general household organisation and occasional errands.
Support the family with day-to-day household requirements as needed.
Work independently, taking initiative to identify tasks without constant supervision.
Maintain complete discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience working within a private household is preferred.
High standards of housekeeping, laundry and wardrobe management.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Positive, proactive and self-motivated.
Able to work independently whilst maintaining consistently high standards.
Genuine passion for housekeeping and supporting family life.
Flexible, reliable and trustworthy.
Excellent references.

Live-in accommodation provided.
Salary from QAR 3,000+ per month.

30 days annual leave.
6-day working week.
10–12 working hours per day.
