The Role

CPS Private Staffing is seeking an experienced Live-In Housekeeper to join a large private villa for an UHNW family based in Dubai.

The successful candidate will join an established household team of approximately 15–20 staff, working alongside other Housekeepers under the direction of the Villa Manager.

The family maintains exceptionally high standards throughout the residence, and we are therefore looking for candidates with a strong background in five-star hotels, luxury private residences or palace households who are accustomed to meticulous cleaning and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of the private villa to an exceptional standard

• Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms and household areas

• Ensure the residence remains immaculate, organised and beautifully presented at all times

• Follow established housekeeping procedures and cleaning schedules

• Care appropriately for luxury furnishings, delicate surfaces and household items

• Assist with laundry, linen and wardrobe care where required

• Prepare and reset rooms ahead of Principal and guest arrivals

• Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly to the Villa Manager

• Work collaboratively with the wider household and housekeeping teams

• Maintain complete discretion and respect the family's privacy at all times

Candidate Profile

• Previous professional housekeeping experience within a five-star hotel, palace or UHNW private household

• Exceptional cleaning standards and meticulous attention to detail

• Comfortable working within a large, structured household team

• Professional, discreet and well presented

• Hardworking, reliable and proactive

• Able to follow instructions and maintain consistent standards

• Excellent references from previous employers

• Available to relocate to or currently based in Dubai

• Looking for a long-term position

Package

A full Dubai package will be provided, including live-in accommodation.
