Overview

A warm, refined, and exceptionally organised Head Housekeeper / Interior Manager is required for a UHNW family residing in Dubai. The villa is fully staffed with housekeepers, a cook, a driver, and nannies; however, the family now requires a strong, confident, hands-on professional to take full charge of the household’s daily operations.

The ideal candidate will bring structure, leadership, and consistency to the property — ensuring the home is beautifully presented at all times and acting as the principal’s trusted point of contact.

This is a hands-on, leadership role, suited to someone with excellent emotional intelligence, calm authority, and the confidence to manage a high-standard family home with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the principals regarding all household matters

• Ensure the home maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and work alongside the team when needed

• Manage inventory, household supplies, wardrobes, and organisation systems

• Oversee basic garden presentation (liaising with external contractors where needed)

• Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise a team of 3–5 staff (housekeepers, cook, driver, nannies)

• Provide hands-on training, guidance, and clear direction to maintain 7-star standards

• Foster a positive team culture with structure, communication, and accountability

• Travel with the family for up to 3–4 months per year

• Manage packing, unpacking, and smooth household operations during travel

• Work closely with the family’s PA as the “eyes and ears” of the household

• Use intuition to understand when to be present and when to step back

• Maintain absolute discretion, professionalism, and gentle confidence

• Support with occasional errands and coordination as required

Candidate Profile

• The family is looking for someone who is:

• EU or UK passport holder (for ease of travel)

• Already based in Dubai preferred

• Experienced in managing private households and leading teams

• Hands-on, proactive, confident, and highly organised

• Calm, discreet, emotionally intelligent, and naturally respectful

• Able to set standards without being loud, forceful, or stressful

• Fluent in English; Italian a bonus

• Comfortable working 5 or 6 days per week

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Head Housekeeper or Interior Manager roles

• Managing 3–5 staff members

• Strong housekeeping expertise and high-end garment care

• Experience in European or UHNW households
