Overview

A VIP private client with multiple residences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are looking for an experienced and highly professional Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee household operations and maintain exceptional service standards within the interiors of their residences.

This is a live-out position suited to a proactive, hands-on manager with a genuine passion for hospitality and excellence.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the household housekeeping team (team size TBC)

• Ensure all properties are maintained to seven-star luxury standards

• Lead by example with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach

• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at all times

• Work collaboratively with the wider household team and principals

• Be proactive in identifying improvements and anticipating household needs

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar senior housekeeping role

• Background in luxury hospitality, private households, or high-end residences

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Proactive, organised, and detail-focused

• Kind, positive, and respectful management style

• Takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys maintaining exceptional standards

• Confident delivering seven-star service levels

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 7,500 per month

• Live-out position

• Annual leave of 30 days and Visa provided
