We are seeking an experienced Butler/Staff Trainer for a private household based in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality and service background, with experience working within private households. This position requires someone proactive, detail-orientated and highly organised, with the ability to train existing staff, assist with uniforms and act as head butler for the existing staff.
The client is looking for someone with professionalism, who takes pride in their work, presentation and can train existing staff members on etiquette.
Duties Include:
• Full staff supervision, training and uniform presentations, etiquette and service procedures
• Ensuring the property remains organised, efficient and guest-ready at all times
Requirements:
• Previous private household or hospitality experience essential
• Highly organised and detail-orientated
• Proactive, efficient and able to work independently
• Professional presentation and service mindset
