About the Role
CPS Private Staffing is exclusively recruiting an exceptional House Manager for a prestigious VIP private residence in Dubai.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, service-driven House Manager who genuinely enjoys creating and maintaining an exceptional home. The successful candidate will take complete ownership of the day-to-day operation of the residence, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard whilst leading the household team with confidence and professionalism.
This role is ideally suited to someone who is passionate about private service, naturally proactive, highly organised and understands the level of commitment, flexibility and dedication required when supporting a VIP Principal. The main duties for this position are to oversee full construction and maintenance works in the property, liaising with the back office to ensure all works are upto date and coordinated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation and presentation of the private residence.
Lead, manage and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained.
Conduct daily inspections throughout the property, identifying maintenance issues before they become problems.
Maintain exceptional standards throughout all interior spaces, ensuring the residence is always guest-ready.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee works carried out within the property.
Protect and care for luxury furniture, artwork, fabrics and interior finishes.
Ensure preventative maintenance is carried out to preserve the condition of the residence.
Organise household inventories, supplies and purchasing.
Work closely with the Principal and wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with planning and overseeing family events and entertaining.
Support other residences and travel with the Principal when required.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a House Manager or Interior Manager within a UHNW or VIP private residence is essential.
Proven experience managing housekeeping teams and leading staff with confidence and professionalism.
Strong experience coordinating contractors and external suppliers.
Excellent knowledge of luxury household operations and estate presentation.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Excellent understanding of the care and maintenance of fine furniture, luxury interiors, artwork and delicate finishes.
Naturally organised with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to gain the respect of a household team through positive management.
A genuine passion for private service and maintaining exceptional standards.
Flexible and willing to travel internationally at short notice for periods of several weeks when required.
A positive, calm and adaptable personality.
Professional, discreet and emotionally intelligent.
Excellent English communication skills.
