Location: Munich, Germany (with regular travel)

Client: UHNW Individual – Multi-Property Portfolio (Germany & South of France)

Salary: €100,000 – €140,000 gross per year

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Description

CPS Private Staffing is supporting an UHNW individual with the appointment of an experienced and highly structured House Manager / Multi-Estate Manager to oversee three private residences across Germany and the South of France.

The House Manager will be Munich-based (or willing to relocate to Munich) and will travel monthly to 2 other properties in Europe. The role is responsible for creating unified operational standards across all properties and providing senior oversight of staff, service delivery, contractors and estate operations.

This is a direct-to-principal role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion and a very strong professional background.

Duties

• Overall operational oversight of three private residences

• Creating and implementing unified SOPs across all properties

• Structuring and aligning household operations between locations

• Recruiting, onboarding and training household staff

• Establishing and maintaining service standards across all estates

• Managing and supervising existing skeleton teams at each property

• Overseeing and coordinating all external contractors and suppliers

• Conducting regular property inspections and operational reviews

• Ensuring properties are fully organised, prepared and compliant at all times

• Managing property readiness for principal and guest use

• Supporting senior housekeeping and service teams with training and structure

• Providing clear reporting directly to the principal

• Regular travel to Austria and the South of France (monthly)

Candidate Profile Desired

• Senior House Manager or Estate Manager background within UHNW private residences

• Proven experience managing multiple properties simultaneously

• Highly operational and systems-driven (SOPs, structure, training and alignment)

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control (principal has extremely high standards)

• Stable career history with strong, detailed CV

• Confident, clear communicator working directly with principals

• Highly discreet, emotionally intelligent and trusted

• Flexible and comfortable with frequent international travel
