CPS Private Staffing is delighted to be supporting the launch of an exceptional new luxury hospitality concept in Buckinghamshire, and we are searching for an outstanding General Manager to lead the property through pre-opening and beyond.

Managed like private estates, superyachts, members clubs, safari camps and luxury villas, this is an opportunity for someone who thinks differently about what exceptional hospitality can look like and who is excited to implement these standards into a new opening project.

We are looking for a GM who can be the quiet conductor behind an extraordinary guest experience: commercially astute and operationally

sophisticated behind the scenes, yet warm, personable and completely at ease engaging with discerning UHNW guests.

The opportunity:

•⁠ ⁠Take the property from pre-opening through launch and into full operation

•⁠ ⁠Shape its operational identity, systems, service standards and guest journey from the ground up

•⁠ ⁠Recruit, develop and lead an exceptional, cross-trained team

•⁠ ⁠Build a culture centred around warmth, discretion, judgement and genuine care

•⁠ ⁠Implement the property's hospitality technology and operational infrastructure

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of the end-to-end guest experience

•⁠ ⁠Work directly with the Founder and Family Office to bring an already highly developed vision to life

•⁠ ⁠Hold overall responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the property

Who we're looking for:

•⁠ ⁠You may currently be a General Manager, Hotel Manager, Operations Director or senior hospitality leader within a highly personalised luxury environment.

•⁠ ⁠You could come from a luxury country house or boutique hotel, private members' club, UHNW estate, luxury villa operation, superyacht or safari lodge

•⁠ ⁠What matters most is that you understand intimate luxury hospitality: anticipating rather than simply responding, remembering the details, empowering a brilliant team and creating an experience guests genuinely want to return to

•⁠ ⁠Pre-opening experience would be particularly advantageous
