Job Description

An UHNW private family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional, discreet and experienced Live-In Domestic Couple to support the smooth daily running of their family residence.

This is a long-term opportunity for a stable, service-oriented couple who understand the standards, structure and discretion required within a private household environment. The roles are clearly divided yet collaborative, with both partners expected to work harmoniously and proactively to maintain a calm, well-organised home.

The household includes two children, and the family values warmth, trust and reliability alongside high professional standards.

Duties

Position 1 – (Driver / Gardener & Property Support)

• Daily driving duties for principals and children (school runs, appointments, errands)

• Vehicle maintenance: cleaning, servicing coordination and upkeep

• Light gardening and maintenance of outdoor areas

• Basic handyman tasks and troubleshooting minor household issues

• Coordination of external contractors when required

• Assisting with household logistics and errands

• Supporting general security awareness of the property

Position 2 – (Housekeeper / Nanny Support)

• Full housekeeping to exceptional standards

• Laundry and ironing, including care of high-quality garments

• Wardrobe organisation and household systems

• Assisting with childcare and supporting daily routines

• Preparing simple, healthy family meals when required

• Maintaining children’s bedrooms and play areas

• Grocery management and household stock control and Basic family cooking

• Proven experience working as a domestic couple within private households

• Strong driving experience and clean driving record

• High standards of housekeeping with attention to detail

• Calm, organised and able to work independently

• Flexible and service-oriented mindset
