About the Role

CPS Private Staffing is recruiting an experienced Travelling Butler / Housekeeper on behalf of an UHNW private family based in London.

This is a hands-on position for an experienced private household professional who enjoys variety and thrives within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional housekeeping, butler and lifestyle support whilst accompanying the principals on international travel when required.

The role is best suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised and takes genuine pride in maintaining the highest standards within a private residence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional housekeeping throughout the residence, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standard.
Provide Butler service and day-to-day lifestyle support to the principals.
Prepare the home for family members and guests, ensuring it remains guest-ready at all times.
Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting and preparing fruits and vegetables.
Prepare teas, coffees and light refreshments.
Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and organisation.
Support the Private Chef by ensuring food preparation and hygiene procedures are followed consistently.
Run household and personal errands, including shopping and sourcing household items.
Assist with table setting and informal food and beverage service.
Coordinate household supplies and maintain inventories where required.
Support the principals whilst travelling internationally, with accommodation provided during travel.
Carry out additional household and lifestyle requests as required.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience within UHNW private households is essential.
Fluent English and Tagalog required
Excellent housekeeping and butler service standards.
Proactive, professional and highly organised.
Polite, discreet and well presented.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Comfortable working within a fast-paced and demanding household.
Willing to travel internationally.
Good level of physical fitness and able to fulfil the practical demands of the role.
Long-term mindset with excellent references.
