Operations Training Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reports to: Palace Manager
Overview:
We are recruiting a Staff Training Manager to lead staff training and service development within a VIP private residence. This role is central to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service and emotional intelligent communicative ambience in house; with a particular focus on Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from five-star hotels or formal private households and estate and have a structured, proactive approach to service improvement and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs across departments and implement tailored programs
Conduct ongoing training in F&B service, housekeeping, protocol, and etiquette
Establish SOPs and service manuals in line with palace standards
Support Heads of Departments in team development and performance evaluations
Monitor quality control and regularly audit service delivery
Mentor and coach hospitality staff to uphold best practices
Coordinate with the Palace Manager to align training with overall operational goals
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 8–10 years in luxury hospitality, with senior training or operations experience
Formal background in F&B service and/or Housekeeping required
Experience in private residences, royal households, or ultra-luxury hotels preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Discreet, culturally sensitive, and highly organised
Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
