Overview
A VIP client of ours are hiring a talented and modern Sous Chef with a strong professional portfolio and refined culinary background.
We are looking for a confident, adaptable sous chef capable of delivering consistently high standards within a luxury private environment.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sous Chef position
Flexible nationality (EU passport preferred for travel)
Strong experience in multi-cultural cuisine
Proven expertise in European and Mediterranean cuisine
Background working with VIP clients, palaces or yachts
Experience within palaces, yachts, or large private households highly desirable
Candidate Profile
Creative yet disciplined culinary approach
Comfortable working in high-expectation environments
Professional presentation and discretion
Able to adapt menus to diverse preferences
Strong team collaboration and kitchen organisation skills
