CPS Private Staffing is seeking an experienced and technically strong House Manager to oversee the operations of a UHNW private residence in Dubai.
This role requires a highly capable individual with a strong background in property management, technical oversight and household operations, able to coordinate both the physical infrastructure of the residence and the wider household team.
Role Overview
Overseeing the full day-to-day operations of a private villa
Managing ongoing construction, renovation and refurbishment projects
Coordinating contractors, engineering firms, maintenance teams and service providers
Liaising with management companies, ISPs and technical specialists
Managing and maintaining smart home systems and technical utilities
Reviewing and handling technical documentation and project updates
Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard and within timelines
Overseeing domestic staff and supporting overall household organisation
Candidate Profile
Fluent in Russian and English (essential)
Currently based in Dubai or with strong UAE experience preferred
Open to exceptional international candidates willing to relocate
Proven experience managing UHNW private residences or estates
Strong technical understanding of property systems and infrastructure
Experience overseeing construction and refurbishment projects
Highly organised, proactive and solutions-driven
Confident liaising with contractors and managing multiple stakeholders
Professional, discreet and capable of operating independently

Salary: From AED 25,000+ per month
Live-out position
