Housekeeping Supervisor
Salary: 9,500 AED Per Month
Location: Jumeriah, Dubai & Oman
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of housekeepers to ensure consistent standards
Conduct inspections, manage rotas, and onboard new team members
Liaise with other departments for seamless household operations
Train staff in etiquette, cleaning protocols, and safety
Candidate Profile:
Strong background in 5-star hotels or palaces, villas or yachts
Experience managing multicultural teams
Fluent in English, confident in delegation and communication
Hands-on and proactive leadership style
