Position Overview

A highly experienced Housekeeper is required to join the household of an UHNW couple based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury property care, with knowledge of yacht-standard cleaning and detailing, and a meticulous approach to maintaining the residence to the highest standards at all times.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork, working alongside two other housekeepers to ensure seamless daily operations across all guest and private areas of the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full housekeeping duties including deep cleaning, hoovering, dusting, polishing, and surface care using the correct cleaning products and techniques for each material.

• Follow structured daily and weekly checklists to maintain property standards at all times.

• Carry out yacht-level detailing across interiors, ensuring a pristine and well-presented environment throughout.

• Manage wardrobe organisation and clothing care, including seasonal changes and laundry support.

• Restock and manage pantry, household supplies, and storage cupboards.

• Support table setup, guest preparations, and turn-down where required.

• Work cohesively with two other housekeepers, reporting directly to the House Manager.

• Maintain full discretion and respect for household privacy and protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in UHNW or luxury households, private villas, or yachts.

• Proven knowledge of high-standard cleaning and product care for fine materials and surfaces.

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Discreet, professional, and proactive work ethic.

• Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
