House Manager / Butler
Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager / Butler to oversee the smooth daily operations of a private villa in Dubai. The residence hosts the Chairman, his wife, and their youngest son, who travel frequently between the UK and UAE.
The role demands a service-driven individual with a background in luxury hospitality, F&B, and private household operations, capable of managing a large team and maintaining impeccable standards of presentation, discretion, and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end household operations, including housekeeping, F&B service, laundry, and facility management across a team of 25 staff members.
Act as right-hand to the Chairman, managing his daily requirements, coordinating service teams, and ensuring seamless household efficiency.
Coordinate between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring guest services, room preparation, and event readiness meet the highest standard.
Liaise with the Head Chef to align menus with family and guest preferences, dietary needs, and special occasions.
Conduct detailed guest service briefings, table settings, and formal service.
Supervise event setups, delegations, and high-profile guest visits.
Report directly to the Head of Operations while maintaining close working communication with the Chairman.
Requirements:
Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in private residences, palaces or luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants.
Proven ability to lead large service teams and coordinate multi-department operations.
Exceptional communication skills, strong personal presentation, and polished manners.
Fluent in English and Arabic
